The Coach's Journey 
 

I did not start my coaching journey by being coached myself —

though I wished for such an opportunity. Instead, I carved my path

through self-led learning, leadership roles, and mentorship

experiences. Throughout my career, I engaged with mentors, studied

leadership psychology, and witnessed firsthand how powerful coaching

could be in unlocking potential. This realization led me to formal training and accreditation as a coach — not just to develop myself, but to help others redefine success on their own terms.
 

This deep commitment to mastery, combined with my credentialed coaching expertise, allows me to be a trusted partner for leaders seeking clarity, momentum, and sustainable success.

The Meaning Behind "Yue"

(pronounced: Yu-eh, as in 'you' + 'eh')
 

When I think about coaching, I think about Yue (越) and Yue (悦).
 

• 越 (Yue) represents breakthroughs, transcendence, and pushing past limitations — yet growth isn’t just about taking massive leaps. It’s about intentional shifts that align with what truly matters.
   

• 悦 (Yue) symbolizes deep joy, fulfillment, and clarity — not the fleeting kind, but the kind that comes from purpose-driven action and sustained alignment.
   

Together, Yue (越悦) reflects my coaching philosophy:
